Sales invoices can be easily sent from the operational package Sprinter 3000 and, via this add-on, forwarded to the accounting package linked in your Sprinter 3000. Purchase invoices can also be processed swiftly and easily in Sprinter 3000, providing a clear financial picture of the revenue from operational activities. After processing, purchase invoices can also be easily forwarded to the linked accounting package. A clear overview of your costs and revenues based on operational actions provides a good overview for all your employees.

In Sprinter 3000 the invoice line is entered only once, and once the invoice has been processed, the bookkeeper or accountant is also aware of the financial activities, without any extra manual work. 

Every reservation, sale or purchase only needs to be entered once in Sprinter 3000 (or is calculated via the tariff settings). The reservation becomes definitive when the invoice is processed. Sales invoices are sent directly to your customers from Sprinter 3000. You can also choose to set the sales invoice to ‘ready’ for the finance department for a final check. 
Purchase invoices can easily be linked to operational shipments and actions using the reservations. This way, a purchase invoice line is also immediately seen as a cost for that specific transport or that specific shipment. With the press of a button, the purchase invoice is marked as ‘Ready’ and is then prepared for processing in the accounting package. 

This way, all internal parties are informed of financial developments, as far as they are applicable to them. After processing the invoices, external financial stakeholders, such as your bookkeeper or accountant, will also be aware of the costs and revenues. How does exporting invoices work? 

The conversion process is simple and fast: 

Sprinter 3000 knows which invoices have not yet been exported and prepares them for processing. 

  • Select the invoice type (purchase/sale) – Cheese whether you want to process the sales or purchase invoices in your accounting package. 
  • Create the export files – Sprinter 3000 is now creating the export files and you will see them appear on your screen. Sprinter 3000 automatically converts the invoices into the correct format. 
  • Download the files – Download all invoices in one go with a double-click on the screen. 
  • Import into your accounting software – Within seconds, the invoices will be in your accounting system, ready for any processing (this might be necessary depending on your accounting software). 

In Sprinter 3000 it is directly insightful that the invoices have been processed in the accounting package. This makes it clear to everyone that no further changes can be made. Sprinter 3000 ensures that no further changes can actually be made to processed invoices.  

Should certain users make (legally permissible) changes to a particular type of invoice? You can grant them the rights for these changes via the user settings. You are fully in control in your Sprinter 3000!
